Qvatar is operated by Photon Technology LLC.

Qvatar helps users create a private companion, complete self-reflection and Human OS profile experiences, generate personal insights, and customize their Qvatar.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, profile information, Qvatar setup information, Human OS responses, chat messages, journal or goal entries, Qbio content, QInsights inputs, public Qser profile content, quips, replies, and other user-generated content.

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Qvatar may read health and fitness information you authorize, such as sleep or workout-related data, to personalize your Qvatar experience. Health data access is optional.

We may collect purchase and entitlement information related to Qoins, subscriptions, member credits, paid reports, and other in-app purchases. Payment details are processed by Apple and are not collected by Qvatar.

We may collect usage and diagnostic information such as app interactions, feature usage, crash data, and performance data to operate, secure, and improve the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app functionality, personalize your Qvatar experience, maintain your account, sync your data across devices, process purchases and entitlements, generate requested AI-powered insights, improve app reliability, and protect against abuse or fraud.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Qvatar, including hosting, database, authentication, AI processing, analytics, diagnostics, and payment-related services. These providers are used only to support app functionality and operations.

AI Features

Qvatar includes AI-powered features. Content you submit may be processed by AI service providers to generate responses, reports, summaries, or other requested outputs.

Public Features

Some features, such as Qser profiles, quips, replies, or public interactions, may be visible to other users depending on how you use the app. Your private Qvatar, private journal, private goals, private Qbio content, and private memories are not intended to be shared publicly unless you choose to publish or disclose them through a public feature.

Data Retention

We retain information as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting us.

Children

Qvatar is not intended for children under 13.

Your Choices

You can choose whether to provide optional information, whether to connect Apple Health, and whether to use public features. You can revoke Health permissions in iOS Settings.
